preparation | dissolve 10.0g 4-(dimethylamino) piperidine -1-tert-butyl formate (0.044mol) in 60mL dichloromethane, place it in an ice bath, add 4mol/L HCl/dioxane solution (34.5mL,0.138mol) dropwise, and mix and stir for 8 hours. After the reaction is complete, a large amount of white solid is precipitated, filtered, and washed with a small amount of cold dichloromethane. Finally, 6.4g of 4-dimethylaminopiperidine dihydrochloride was obtained. The yield was 85.3%. |
